That video was taped Yesterday night when Rob Ford met the people inside the restaurant before he was invited to a drinking party. Then he got drunk and started swearing in patois (Jamaican Language) and got taped and reported on Youtube.

He forget what said before he admitted that he smokes crack cocaine. He said he will not drink anymore. But he decided to do it because those employees ask him to drink with them. So he take a couple shots and gets drunk.
