thanks but some people don't use steam
and when i use steam i put my number in the bottom corner and it says someone else has that code so i can't use it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Then you're probably using a stolen serial, or someone has managed to steal yours.

EDIT: And the only way to play online is with Steam.
