hey any one know were i can get a thing that allows you to resume downloads at any time and is free

right click the link and choose download using download express.

to resume a download go to start menu>meta product download exprees> incomplete downloads

it's very nice and simple! no complicated stuff, nos psyware, no ad ware .. just a straight download manager! and what! it's free
