What do you want the map for anyway? I would think they just overwritten is as they were adding effects and other alterations to the old one, i could be wrong.

i kinda feel that map is the best, it's just my taste in choosing maps, it's ok if they can't provide it if it's overwritten like you said, but it would be great if it is available, i hope you're wrong (no offense bro) ^^ and thanks for your opinion.
