I'm not judging esf better than dmz even if it is on the sites forum, neither am i judging dmz better than esf. DMZ is unique, its the first mod i've seen with combos you can use to attack, and you can catch beams. ESF is awesome as well since when you fire your beams and you power struggle, someone with a PL lower by thousands/millions won't always overpower you with a faster clicking finger (dmz :S). Coarse' esfs graphics are better, yet in some ways its almost to... Repetitive and plain. You have the classic weapon choosing (takes very little skill). But you still have to find time to charge that weapon. DMZ you have to put in a combo and still have to wait a second for it to fire.

Yeah, but there's 1 thing wrong with that: ITS NOT REALISTIC! ESF may be "easier" (according to you DMZ lovin lmaos), but in my opinion (and in hundreds of others), it is WAY more fun. Oh yeah, ESF also talks AMERICAN, AND NOT JAPANESE! I have no problems with Japan (my grandma is from Japan), but come on, this IS American. We do speak AMERICAN HERE!

Actually i think the word is "english". And esf isn't "way more fun". DMZ has its advantages, the explosions aren't half bad, who cares if the sounds are japanese, just dub them over with sounds of your own or ESF. And how is a game supposed to be "realistic". Its a computer game, based around an anime show. Who cares what it looks like, its the qualitys the game possesses. I'm pretty sure everyone will agree with that last statement.

The correct terminology is the American dialect of English. I love ESF, and I definately like it better than DMZ. But every peice of hardwork deserves credit, unless of course you can make a mod better than DMZ. Even then you should keep your negative opinions to yourself.

And to answer your question, the new esf will be out once they have the bugs completly worked out and everyones remodled (i'm guessing). Should be out in not to long though. C ya
