because some ppl are just faster than other even if they are at the same pl.. i mean pic and goku (radditz) nearly the same pl but since pic can fly he goes faster as than nimbus who keeps up with teen gohan later on in the series... ( iknow akira prob goofed on that) and i think u should be able to set up what u want ie power speed defense like ussj trrunks speedy cell and someone that got lots of defense... like just have power ups or sumtin or choose it in the begining in the pick a char... but wait this could have already been implemented and they just arent tellin us.... o_o o_o

Ultimately, it really shouldn't make THAT much difference, because in the show everyone moves so fast you can't even see them moving anyway.

BUT... in relative terms, I think it's right that the higher the powerlevel, the faster you should go, even though that means poor lil Krillen is the weakest and the slowest. Hehe... The only exception here is USSJ (which isn't in the Beta... is it?), where you sacrifice speed for strength.

Buu
Gokou
Gohan
Cell
Vegeta and Trunks
Freiza
Piccolo
Krillin

This may cause some debate as I'm fully aware Piccolo gets stronger than Freiza, Vegeta gets stronger than Cell, etc, but imagine that Cell and Freiza never died. Do you think they would have gotten stronger through training to be better than those that should have killed them?

You're talking about Beta 1 speeds? I've said this before...pl has a indirect effect on speed. Your speed is based on form. Since there are only 1 transforms this release, everybody will be pretty much even on speed.

Sorry, the order I stated was just my personal opinion on how fast they should go.

Can I just ask, in situations where the change in form makes people bigger, e.g. Frieza 1 -> Frieza 2, Trunks -> USSJ, etc, will that slow them down?

Only USSJ loses speed...but since it's not in this release, there's no need to worry about it
