When you launch the game will have patches?
If you launch the game faster(In 2-3 months), you can add some things along the way, with patches/patch ^_^.

The game looks almost completely

They said that after release (only when it's done) they will release patches to fix bugs. But the look is really confusing. It may look like it's done , but if you would sit in Teamspeak for a while and listen to devs, you would understand that it isn't that much done at all.

It may have some bugfix patches, but not patches that would bring new content.
