You can't. The program just puts all the sounds in a sequence, it does not save all the sounds as a single file.

Not terribly great to be honest. No bass guitar. All punk has a bass guitar.

If you're into that kind of stuff, get Guitar Pro or a free alternative. It lets you export what you've made into a midi file. However, you need musical knowledge to create something that sounds OK.
