im sorry to say that due to many useless sigs, animations, and porn pics, PTC FileUpload will be going down. I recently found out that the module has slowed down PTC greatly, so i will take it down within the next 24 hours. if u have files in there, download them so you dont lose them.
in the near future is when i might replace it with a service much similar to red saiyan's, so this slowdown can be prevented.
