Powerlvel increaser

Hello.

When i was browsing the internet, i saw some screenshots from ESF, that had about 20million powerlevel. There was also being talked about a ''powerlevel increaser''.

Does any of you have it, and is it easy to install with the current version of ESF. I would like to haev it..

Another question if the above isnt foundable. is it possible to change the starting powerlevel of a character easily??

-for both of these, if you know anything. host information or a tutorial for me please.-

Do you mean for example: Goku starts with 750 000 power and when u press a button the power level starts decreasing and when you press another button a power up effect begins and your power increase untill your maximum limit? (i'd like this kind of plugin)

Or! You can just go to console and type in the number of PL you want
