I think that any game, mod, whatever, that is unreleased shouldn't deserve a "(insert title) of the year" Award.

There is a prize for "Best Upcoming Mod" as well.

I'm gonna fall dead! that map looks super uber cool! now that is the secks right there, check that sky too, OH and don't forget the buildings and terrain, yay! That goku model looks great, though the aura covers up alot, not much to say except for total and pure pwnage!
