It is telekinesis. Remember when Frieza was getting annoyed by Goku and he made rocks come out the ground and swirl over his head? When Goku dodged the little rocks, Frieza got even more annoyed and picked up a big-ass piece of land and threw it at Goku. If anyone has pics of it, plz show it here...

This isn't the place for this. But either way, it is telekinesis. That's what telekinesis is, being able to move objects (such as large rocks) with your mind, or ki in this example.
