I'm going to take a guess and say that's a remake of a map based on the old cell games map that was included in beta 1.0/1.1 (IIRC, use to be my favorite map) and re-packaged countless times with releases of EVM/ECX or a new map, just based of the same layout.

The lighting effects look awesome too .

I just looked closer to the hill near Goku and I was wondering. What is the texture resolution?

The same resolution that is being used for all of the other maps.
