k for some reason my IP address was banned on www.conceptart.org

i dont remember doing anything that would get me banned and i sent them emails but they wont respond back. is there a way to change my IP adress?

If your on XP do start>run>type cmd then type ipconfig/release then wait for like 10 secs then do ipconfig/renew
