i think it would be easiest to just draw by hand, but ive seen alot of tutorials on making lightining and you can just edit those to get what you want in imageready, all you would need is the eraser, prolly

photoshop isnt an animation program... you could use image ready for that, but animation shop pro is soo much better do do animations (gif) its by jasc
