I Have A Big Problem
I Download A Models Pack 4.0
And I Install It
But I Can't Play This Characters
There Is Vegetto
I'm Going To Character Select Menu And Nothing New There(Only Pict.OF Characters)On Goku ssj3 I Can't Transform, On SSJ 2 Too.
What's Going On?

You're not supposed to. You only see the new transformations when you get the required powerlevel
