I got another idea... my third one this half-hour

How bout make an atack that you shoot. then it pins them to the wall/floor and theres little energy things pinning them into the wall and electrecuting them (damage depending on how much it was charged) but only for like 5 seconds

Ok, I have a question Hibiki, in another thread people were talking about Buu's bodu parts attacking and you said "no the body part attack is what he did to vegeta before he blew himself up" so does that mean he will trap them in his flesh like in the show? If so, wouldn't that also be cheap having character lying on the ground encased in Buu's flesh?

im not sure how its gonna end up but ifs anything like before the person will move slow and be draining hp till they break free but they could still move so they can kind of defend themselfs
