It looks a little too much like krillin to not be krillin, but then again, perhaps the facts that it is bald, has big ears, and has no pre-set model in the image means that it represents the Tien that has yet to be selected from the modelling contest.

I think it is Krillin to, and it looks very nice...I wanna se him skinned
Tien is mutch bigger so I am 100% sure that is not him.

I think its a modified Tien to fool us, look at his feet, tien has weird green things above his shoes (or it was red, w/e) they look like socks (or however u type it)

But another fact is that on the "dude's" shoulder it has 2 things that look like the end of a piece of clothing...This can mean its a differnt model or that its SuperVeggetto's tien model becoz that was the only one with clothing there....

Looks alot like krillin too maybe...iTS A FUSION BETWEEN KRILLIN AND TIEN: "KRILLIEN" BWHHAHAHHAHAHAHAH *cough* ...yes....*shrugs*

What if the picture was not taken from a front view, but a front/top view, this would give you the impression the model is smaller then it actually is, thus making it look like krillin. Imho, it's tien, or maybe a bald #18.
