Maybe he should take reduced damage, but even still, that would unbalance things. I say give it to weak-ass Cell but not to Piccolo. We can't be sure Piccolo could survive being cut in half anyway.

maybe if he got hit in the arm or leg he would get reduced health, damage, or speed until the limb healed back after 2 minutes

well if you remeber when piccolo was turned to stone by dabura's spit. (that could be spelled wrong) trunks accident knocked him over shattering him but he regenerated from that..

ROFL.
to know how to fight with a disc as krillin, you need to be somewhat skilled since you cant controll it.
cell and frieza on the other hand are for noobs. that's why i don't like them/never play with them

i get your idea But i dont see any point of waisting time putting it in,But i guess if his hp is like 20 or if he gets hit with a disc maybe i really dont care if they put it in or not.

(It would make it more dbz realistic but i still dont care)
