piccolo transformation

piccolo first form should be with his cape and cloth on head thing, then when he transforms he should take it off and scream like he does now but i just think it would be cool for him to take off the cape and hat thing like he does 1000000000 times in the show

if u look u will see that theres like 90 million posts saying piccolo needs cape

Or they could just make him get buff...not buff as in naked lol.

They need SOME kind of noticible difference between NORMAL & TFed (Transformed)
