well, i doubt ill finish this, but im at least gonna try,

im having serious problems finding good head refs, it seems his head proportions change in every picture i find,

in some his chin is long in some it is short, in some his nose is long, in some its not, etc, ive made this comboning about 12 different refs, and this is the best turnout so far,


ill either update this thread with my progress, or let it die under the other threads,

i know the ear is wrong, it was just easier to do that its a 30 second edit to get rid of the top thing,

Looks about right so far, i think i've got a few good refs i could donate.

well i got the head prettymuch done now, as an expirement i smoothed the edges, and instead of rounding it off and making it look like a baloon, (like it usually does) it actually made it look pretty realistic,

his little growl face looks badass in ms3d smoothed, (though hed never go ingame if i did that, 3k polys smoothed)

thouh if i have enough polys left after its done, i may smooth just the grey face part)

but as is the head is 484 polys, that may grow to over 500 if i keep adjusting the head,

gap between nose and brow seems 2 big and same as vetween the eyes, cells eyes went into his 'brows' it gave him that mean look. The face in all seems 2 long and the eyes should be flat at the bottom rather that sloped. chin is nice tho.

the chin is long i know, it matches my side ref perfectly, however it matches my front ref horribly, i had to decide which look i wanted to go for, so i shose the long chin one, ill see what i can do about the distance between the eyes, though i could fix that with the skin

tried to fix the length of the head a little bit, and i adjusted the nose, (though you probabaly cant tell)

i shortened the chin as smo said, sort of an inbetween of my front and side refs,

now im moving onto the body, ill post an update when ive finished the front+back of the torso, and fix up the sides

no, i dropped out of EEA, though if EEA wants it, (if i finish it) they can have it, i aint got nothing against EEA i left of my own will, cuz i had finished my work for EEA, no real purpose in me staying,

if they want it its all thiers,

Well, that came out alot better than I thought it would with those refs. It's hard to find good ones because of the way Cell's head is shaped. Good job :smile:

well, i would like to point out that this WONT be going ingame, notice the thread says perfect cell HEAD,

i have ben making a body for him, but i cant say thats going very well,
cell is a very complex character, my original plan was just to make a high poly cell "bust" and skin it as an artwork piece if anything.,

reading through this post im assuming you wanted it ingame,


if you want it that bad, i can edit an exising perfect cell model with this head, though i really do not like editing its either that or nothing if your wanting him ingame,


ill save the low polyversion now, and finish up the high poly bust and skin it and everything, and if i still feel like working on him ill make the ingame edit for yas,

well, i decided whos going to skin it when i finish it, and decided whats to happen if i finish it, (sucks for yall) but this thread is all its going to hafta do with esf,

im donating it to dbh when its done, since element is the skinner, and hes the dbh skinner, + they need models,
