other transformation downloads

Hey is there any place i can download the stuff i need for servers that use the other transformations? (ssj2 / ssj3) Dont say you cant do that in this game because some servers you can. I would just download it all through the server on steam but it takes forever to get small files.

Esf-World and EsfStuff have the thing you need.Its called Evm.It allows other trans.I don't like it but thats just my opinion.
