There is a very easy way to post constructively in a thread you don't agree with. You don't. As Sonic said, vegoto was using evm as an example so that other might know what kind of thing he is talking about. This is no reason to immediately bash his thread as much as you can within the bounderies of not getting a warning. Remember, if you don't have anything nice (honestly constructive) to say, then don't say anything.
