thx but it didnt work, heres the deal im on lan, with a router, and im trying to make games on the internet, but i think i need to open up the 27015 port and i cant figure out how to

What kinda router you use? If your one a good one, goto your local ip, but on the fourth series, only type the first number. ei. 192.168.1.1 or something like that. If your on a LinkSYS router(or most other routers), the default password is 'admin' or on other routers its sometimes 'setup'. If neither work type nothing or read your manual. (you prolly should change that )
