ok, here?s the proplem: i start esf and then it says can?t find gfx/vgui/scoutertarget.tga and something else and then esf shuts down..... so,why?

I think I know what's wrong. Did you let Half-Life update completely? I had this same problem when I used WON, and it was because Half-Life was out of date.

The chances of esf working on WON are very slim, and even if it does the outcome is very buggy.

Are you using OpenGL for your gfx mode? Are your gfx drivers up to date? Are you trying to play in offline mode on lan (If that is the case, then just tick LAN game in the server options or type sv_lan 0 in the console before creating a server).
