Nothing is working

I've tried many things but nothing is working, i still cant get ESF to start. i installed it to my steam/steamapps/my email/ folder but when i click on the shortcut it puts on my desktop, it searches for hl.exe, loads up steam, i look for a esf game, then it says my .dll[cl_dlls/client.dll]file differs from the server.
what do i do, please

Well, I guess it's not really as much an issue anymore to ask of HL is up-to-date, as Steam updates HL automatically. I guess, just make sure it is properly installed to steam/steamapps/[email protected]/half-life/esf

Reinstallation may help, but from there, I don't know what else to say =\

Download the ESF Steam Installer , that auto installs ESF into Steam its on esf world
