i like it ,really, love this glowing stuff. but the eye stands out to much probably. I would personaly make the eye(lids) more horizontal line instead of some like 35°-45° as i see. But thats my personal taste.

Take the top brush strip and put it on the left, while removing the original.

The upper thing kind of kills the potential flow... which would be branching out from the glow of the eye, through the rest of the dark areas with lighting/crack stylish brushing.
