You should see some of the pictures of PS2 emulators. Seriously, PS2 games don't look bad because of ****ty low quality textures, the only thing that is holding them back is the resolution. Up any PS2 game to 1080p, and you'd think you are a medium quality PS3 game.

Sicron, lol, I'm a regular on the PCSX2 forums, had an account there for a long time, well known "Rampager" there, i.e, I bash all the idiots who come openly stating they pirated games, or can't figure out how come their rig that can run Crysis can't run a PS2 game.

Yeah, PlayStation emulators have evolved nicely, people are still updating them.

They support all the latest and greatest, as you've seen, bump mapping. They also support new types of AA, upping internal resolution, you can add HDR, lighting, ect, a myriad of new effects. Like the FF9 Screenshot, it looks pretty damn spiffy with Bump Mapping and Bloom, on the other hand, some games do not handle bump mapping well at all.

They also have this "Natural Shader", which I use with 90% of my games on ePSXe, it adds high quality filters, AA, increased color depth, and such, it made MegaMan Legends(One of my favorite games, EVER), look so much better than the default it looked like MegaMan Legends 2(3 years later)

How does final fantasy 8 handle the bumpmapping

MegaMan legends Cell shaded...considering the original game used anime like graphics, this fit well, and blurred all the jaggies, and made the art clearer.

i cant even play that thing,i downloaded it 3 times an stil nothing i have netmarble of course ,Im loooking forward till DBO comes to english,i hope esf 1.3 will be faster

1. netmarble account
2. Authenticated DBO
3. Downloaded latest version (you can download pressing game start)

I wasn't too bothered with the Librarians after I found an over-pumped shot of the Helsing kills them like *that*. But I still think Metro was an incredible atmospheric game which didn't get all the praise it deserves. ^^
