If you rotate your character moves aswell. There is really no way to see the front of you.

Actually, u can rotate the camera by using cam_idealyaw <number>!! You can just create a simple cfg file with all of the cam_idealyaw numbers (0-360)!! That's what I did, and it looks great with the camera rotating!!
