i get this error when i host a game. everything is fine until i get booted from esf and get this error. i dont know what it is or why i get it. is there something i can do to fix it?

Im not a great expert at any of this sort of thing, to say the least, but it DOES sound like a H/L problem more than an ESF problem, but i could be wrong, i have been many times b4 :p

Have you also posted this query on H/L specific forums, or IRC channels? cuz if noone comes forward here with the answer, thats what i'd be trying next. Either way, good luck, sorry i couldnt help more

I say check drivers, reinstall, defrag,format, and do anything necessary to fix it =)

i have done all of this. even reformate computer. zip and it ONLY does it with esf. not counter-strike dod or any other games i make

sigh harsen dont know. i can hold 8 people and people still get ping. but this prob is making it very hard to keep a sever. ugh

Oh and this only happens when other people join. i can play by myself all day long and not get booted

This is a WinXP bug. It used to happen to me freqently, but has stopped since I have upgraded my Internet Connection.
