That's not bad.

But,
the face needs work (left eye to wide, nose to pointy)
and the shading on it doesn't seem right at all.

Also use a less saturated blue on that belt. It hurts my eyes XO

Actually you remind me of myself when i started using photoshop.
My first colouring with it also was Gogeta and i posted it here too.

Face needs some work on that SSJ3 Gogeta, and you should try curving your lines instead of making straight lines. It looks kind of jagged. Other than that it's pretty nice.
