Need some help

ok heres the deal, i followed all of your "lag busters and what not" changed/tweaked auto.exe and config.

But i get a fps of 14, constant. How do all you guys have 100 and stuff, it was fine before, i have dsl conection. should i b getting this low an fps?

It tells me I have 20 FPS most of the time but it seems like i'm getting 60+

Also it's not always the server or you, it can be the map. Poor R_Speeds in a map cause horrible lag >_<
