Need Help

Iv read the tutorials and tried to understand them but i have alot of trouble shapping the land. can anyone help me?

To make natural-looking terrain, you break the ground brush up into triangle brushes, and use vertex manipulation. There are other ways to do this, but this is probably the easiest and best way of doing it.
