Need help with Jasc(w/e)

Ok my photoshop trial expired and i have to use Paint to copy and paste my sprites
but when ever i paste a picture its HUGE! it almsot takes up the whole frame
dont think i am a noob just need help on pasteing

Try Image -> Sketch/Skew -> set vertical and horizontal stretch to 50% (for example).

Go to jasc animation shop pro 3 and go to the animatin wizard,

Then you can say "every frame as big as the first one" that way it just keeps the original size, never paste a picture in animation shop, it allways goes wrong...

And if you are adding frames, just do CTRL-A to select them all, and add them all in the movie at once...

To add one, right click on a frame and select "insert frame" for if you have forgotten one...

thats what ive bin doing....
i right click and do insert picture to current frame
and still big
and not the frames that are my problems
