Need help with Big pack 8.4!!

I have downloaded all the big packs and when is start the game it freezes or i have the same old skins:], i allso can't go higer than ssj3 when i have the pack for ssj4, had a PL of 50,000,000 in normal form on goku allso had the moon, Nothing happened thouhg:cry:
