im newbie now when i play esf i get a high power lever and when i exit from the game my pl is back to normal
i play offline

.. That's not a bug, you aren't meant to keep your pl after leaving a game.

Yeah, thats normal...

Its normal due every single map restart, server restart, or something else your powerlevel would be normal again. It will not save it in any kind of way unless someone would make a "RPG addon" for Earth Special Forces that would do this.
