Naruto is being ripped and subbed as soon as it is aired on tokyo tv on thursdays. Ep 90 has a new ending which i don't like that much and the begginging is edited a bit to include content from the new eps that are soon to come out.

I like the manga of Hunter X Hunter better then the anime, the manga is longer then the anime, and I liked how they handled the story better in the manga.

But seriously Naruto isn't all that great, there are better animes, like GTO, Samurai Champloo, Samurai 7 etc.
