its my first model if you can tell me where i can upload my pictures i will show it to you and how do i know my polycount

Go To http://www.uploadimages.com To Upload Your Pics, Be Sure They Dont Have Space's In Them..And I Forgot How To Check Poly Count..

if you use milkshape:
goto tools SelPolyCount
make sure you select everything with CTRL+A b4 you do that
otherwise there is an option to select every group seperatly and to checkout how many polies each of them has.

*EDIT* Now Looking At The Model, Would You Mind I Have Edit'ed It? Like, If You Got A Skel On This, And Tried To Move It Would Literally Crumple Up..,So Would You Mind If I Edited And Made A Better Poly Structure First?
