I have had many small ear infections, just see your doctor about it. At the moment though i have a hole in my right ear drum .

An electric drill should do the job, just don't go in too far. D;

One time when I was really little, I had a small beetle in my ear (no joke). It was nasty, because I could hear it moving around. It came out the end it went in, suprisingly.

Just don't damage your ear trying to... itch it. An itchy ear is better than an internally-bleeding ear.
