ok here gose(prepare for a long read lol)
(srry for any mis-spellings)
this idea is pretty much a prototype put alot of thought into it but its still a kinda fesh idea from my head

(i dont even know what game this mod could be for lol)

if i had codeing or modeling ability id try to assemble a team but i dont lol

feudal era japan is a mod set in...yep u guessed it feudal era japan. in this mod there are 2 kingdomes or "factions". these 2 kindomes battle over certain towns,shrines or mansions(pretty much anything that could be used as a base or something)i know just like battlefield 1942's conquest mode.
once one kingdome has taken all of the villages,shrines,mansions and houses that faction can now attack the enamy factions main base, once all of the enamy's are killed the game will end.
if the time runs out the faction with the most territory wins.

another mode would be a plain old team deathmatch between the 2 factions, but this mode will be held on maps that are just big fields (i can see it now, the 2 factions chargeing accross the grassy feild until they clash in a dramatic explosian of coolness).

also there would be a mode called raid, in raid the objective is for 1 faction to raid a big mansion were the other faction is holding a "secret" meeting, to win the game in thise mode either the raiding team must find and kill the 4 leaders(mvp's).
for the defending team to win they must keep atleast one of the leaders alive untill the game ends.

each faction consists of 3 classes:

1.samurai-japans most fearsome, loyal and noble warrior. the samurai class comes with the standard short bow and 2 melee weapons of the players choice(you can duel wield the standard and small weapons but not the big weapons), the melee weapons for samurai would be.
the samurai also come with a streangth and defense bonus

-standard katana:the heart and sole of a samurai, the katana is a very thin,fast,sharp and curved bladed sword

-masamune(big type weapon): like the katana but a much longer blade and handle, this sword is slow but packs the most powerfull punch out of all the samurai's weapons but its large size prevents the user from being able to have 2 weapons

-wakazashi(small type weapon):exactly like the katana but shorter makeing it faster then the katana but couse slightly less damage

-spear:the samurais spear has the longest range out of all the samurais melee weapons(this is the only standard size weapon u cant duel wield but u still can have another weapon)

-long spear(big type weapon):just like the masamune this weapon is bigger, slower but much more powerfull then the normal spear

2.the ninja class:the ninja is japans silent killer, ninjas rely on speed,agility,stealth and cunning.unlike the samurai the ninja have taijutsu(ninja hand to hand combat)and a weapon called kunai wich can be used as throwing weapons or melee weapons,the ninja also come with shurikan(ninja throwing stars).
ninja's also have decrease in defense and streangth but a huge boost in speed and agility.ninja's also have ninjutsus (ninja techneques) and a chakra bar( chakra is the energy ninjas use to preform ninjutsus)
ninjutsu's are:

bunshin techneque-the ninja uses chakra to make 2 mirror images of himself(each time this techneque is used the real player switches positions with one of the clones randomly)when the ninja is hit the mirror images disapear

katon techneque- the ninja molds chakra in his lungs and takes a deep breath in and as he blows out he converts the chakra into heat and it comes out in the from of a big flame thrower type stream

wall walking techneque: the ninja molds chakra in his feet alowing him to walk on water,walls and other things

(i would put more but i dont want to rip off naruto any more lol)

the ninja's melee weapons are

-ninja-to:ninja-to is like a katana but has a straight blade,although not as powerfull or long as the katana this is the fastest out of the standard swords

-nunchaku: nunchaku (or numchucks as the americans call em)are basicly 2 short sticks connected together by a thain that connects to the ends of the sticks. the nunchaku are very fast,flexible,smooth and versitile weapon.

-bo-staff:the bo-staff is a medium/fast weapon with moderate damage

-kusari-gama:The Kusari-gama is a combination of a sickle (short scythe) and a long chain with a weight attached to the end of it.
The sickle was used in a slashing or stabbing motion, as well as used to block and hook opponents weapons

-kama:Kama are the basis of the kusari-gama. Kama is just the sickle on it's own.
They are usually used in pairs and swung in various arcs, crescents etc.

3.the monk class focuses on an arrey of hand to hand combat techneques.
monks have hand to hand fighting and get a small speed and stamina boost aswell as a slight streangth boost.
aside from being able to use standard kicks and punch the monk gets lots of cool special moves

reppuu kick: the monk swipes the attacker's feet off the ground by moving his dominant leg across the opponent's feet, tripping him. This movement creates somewhat of a wind, hence the name violent wind.
This "wind" also sends the opponent slideing away from the user in an akward position, and probably smashing into another object such as a tree

Senpuu kick:A melee technique where the user jumps spins with all of their strength and delivers a powerful spinning heel kick, blasting their opponent back.

katon ryuu rendan: the monk converts some of his stamina into heat and sets his fists and feet ablaze, then the munk delivers a powerfull upper cut sending the opponent into the air, then the monk jumps up and delivers a flipping heel kick into the oppnents face sending him back into the ground

flying dragon kick: the monk dose fast dash jump forwords and dilvers a flying side kick to the opponent

chi blast: the monk converts his stamina into raw energy and delivers a short rang concentrated blast of enegey(this would be like a haduken from street fighter)

double tiger strike: the monk delivers a blow to the chest and chin of the oppenent sending the him slideing back and stunned


acrobatics:acrobatics comes in 3 froms normal acrobatics:front roll side roll and back rolls, meduim acrobatics:rolling and slow flips,advanced acrobatics:fast front/back/side and spin flips, instead of rolls you do hand springs and back hand springs .
the ninja is the only one who starts out with advanced acrobatics.
to do flipes just double tab the direction of the flip u wanna do(say an enamy ninja threw shurikens at me and i needed to doge them so i would double tap forword and hold it down to do continuous flips(acrobatics increase your chance of evadeing and attack of some kind) and i release when i wana stop doing flips)

rpg elements: the rpg elements comes in the forms of stats and lvls. each player will have str(streangth) spd(speed) stm(stamina) def(defense) agi(agility).
raising certain stats has benefits, like for example say i i raise my streangth alot gain a level in streangth that would allow me to use my weapons first "weapons special"(yes each weapon has a special move).
so its pretty self explanitory gain more agility earn the ability to be able to do meduim or advanced acrobatics more spd equals faster movement speed

i can see alot of people wanting to walk across the water as a ninja whilst duplicating himself firing out alot of fire from his mouth... flame spammers oO lol really nice idea tho!

At last a unique mod idea :) nice thinking.
But on what engine can this be made on?
