Hmm... Mugen is warez? Hmm... Thats kinda wierd because when you download the Official Mugen Game if you read the manuel doesn't it say its a Freeware program? Maybe I'm wrong but this is What I remember from reading it.

Nope, Ultra thats nothing but at the moment I think they are warez because well, Mugen Corp. stopped production. Maybe that is the cause? But I surely doubt it. And Warez means its Illegal.
