MSVBVM60.DLL not found...... WTF IS THIS

i'v been going crazting installing, this mod, and when i attemp to install it, it gives me the following error message.

A required .DLL file, MSVBVM60.DLL, was not found.

well, thats supposed to be located in C:\WINDOWS\system32
you most likley deleted it using an antivirus of some sort

Try installing the Microsoft Visual Basic library files.
