i can't play without it. because the game searches the mp3's and when he can't find them. than HL.exe crashes... Now i can play because i installed the mp3's and in the game I stop the player (this costs less memory causing a better framerate :) )

But what when I DONT want to have music in the game???? I always stop the mp3 because of the memory usage / Low framerate. I tried an install without the mp3's and then the (multiplayer) (I know ther isn't a single player but i think you understand it better this way) game doesn't start

Ya there should be a option to turn the mp3s off. Just delete the text in the playlist.txt and that should stop the music playing.

Hey harsens I think the mp3 player should use play list files. Like the mod Arg did. I know coding it is a ***** well not really a ***** but doing stuff over is boring. I think you should though so we can all add our own mp3s to the list.

a ghetto one why not use the winamp one its a lot more easier cause of drag and drop with winamp. Say you have 3000 mp3s(*cough* all legel of coarse *cough*) and you want them all randomized and added to hte play list its so much faster in winamp then typing it out folder by folder name by name.
