Mp3 wont Work!!!

OK Sorry I Need Help

When Esf was installed before The mp3's worked fine now they dont ? I cant hear em. Iv'e tried fiddling with da options and stuff but that didnt help another wierd thing I thinks the problem is whenever my game is load it says on the console box Wrond dll loaded!!!! What the...?
