Greg owns the forums, so all decisions, are, in turn, his to make. The admins get control over forum options, too, however.

Greg usually leaves day to day operations of the forum to the non dev team Administrators, Deverz, Cheesumba and myself. We usually hire moderators, though Greg and Mastasurf have appointed them in the past.
