Mod_NumForName: Sprites/voiceicon.spr not found need help PLEASE!!!

Whenever i go 2 esf and try to play the game, i click create game and i create but before it even loads to the fight scene or wuhever it says Mod_NumForName: Sprites/voiceicon.spr not found and i cant play i need help please!!!

if u wanna be a hero and help a person in need gimme the answer thx its greatly appreciated

Update your Half-Life/Counter-Strike to the newest version. Then it works ~

you can just copy another spr fiile and name it voiceicon.spr. then it should work

that wont work it will just cause hl to crash
update hl to 1.1.1.0
