midi sounds

does anyone know any good .wav or .ogg or .mp3 to midi and midi to wav or .ogg or .mp3 converters? or just a program that can strip out voices from a piece music or a video. Thx a lot!

Uhh, from my knowledge Midi is all musical notes, so it can';t just be converted. It actually has to be played on a keyboard or note by note placed

well it doesnt actually have to be a midi converter, just a program to rip the music out of a video, or rip the voices out of a video so they are seperate
