Mic synthesizer

where do you get mic synthesizer for hl. Every now and then i hear peps with kid voices and i think its a synthesizer. Where can i dl them at?

Its not a synthesizer. Its just that voice comm in hl is not the best program so sound gets very distortated. To me EVERYONE that uses it sound like a 11 year old hick.
