Metroid Fusion

I played Metroid fusion a LONG time ago(2 days after release) and beat it in 2:59:54(im an experienced metroid junkie! eat your heart out OWA! lol j/k dont hurt me) and i think thatthe game was extremely too easy, every navigation room was practically followed up by a save point AND a regeneration room, Super Metroid made the game a pretty good challenge ...but the game had an awesome storyline, and the fusion suit was frikkin cool, I also liked that you still had skills from Super Metroid that the navigator didnt tell you like the Super Jump....But all in all, I think the game was extremely too easy, what do you guys think?

but dont you think Fusion was a it...too easy? great storyline..but extremely easy i think...i mean i like wall bouncing instead of grabbin on to the ledges...

lol, Ya its farley easy ocmpared to Super Metroid, cept it was just as long, the tiem was really fecked up with Fusion.

yea things were WAY too easy to find....
the only near challenging part i think was when the clone actually chased you down and you could not avoid it and had to run thru all these doors, the funnest part was fighting your clone when you can actually kick its tail...the omega metroid was WAY too easy, and the storyline copies super metroid, "something" helps but fails, then gives its power to you while you are at 1hp...bah

but the storyline was awesome tho

lol i am not flaming it, i just mean GBA couldve made it a bit more challenging...it was fun, just a bit easy, im not flaming it at all sorry FM;D

ya some people found it hard some found it easy, I found Metroid 1 VERY HARD and same with super Metroid. I did get lost at itmes in Fusion but I got a itme of 2 hoursd and somthing.

yea..ill admit i got stuck when before you unlock all the red doors(cuz u open them without permission) and you have to go all the way around teh frikkin map which took me a while goin thru all that water...man when the X fuses with the fish they are lethal when you dont have gravity suit yet!

I still like Super Metroid the best, it had the neatest sound track/enemies/everything out of all of em.

Prime is a different story, of course.

Funny tho, I found Fusion significantly harder than Super Metroid. In some ways tho, its the opposite. In Super Metroid, you have to find everything on your own, no Adam Malkovich to help. Fusion had the harder boss fights, tho.

As for 1, no human being SHOULD be able to beat it withouth game genie. Prime is good tho, cause when u unluck Metroid 1, it lets u save in lieu of copying passwords down. Ridley's hideout is the manmaker there.

I've actually gone looking for (and found) a few of the hidden sectors in the original metroid. Apparently approximately 35% of the map area in the game is in the hidden zones.

And in order to find those, u literally have to shoot every tile in every hallway. If you don't do that, chances are you will never find the screw attack. Like 50% of the items are very optional, including the Varia Suit, Screw Attack, and Wave Beam, are very difficult to find for that reason.

I had enough trouble beating Fusion as is, my GBA is busted, the screen keeps throwing the colours to the negative, and it takes a good solid amount of jarring the system before the colours come back, which lately, they haven't been I don't think I have more than 50% items yet because of that ;(

Maj's Screen Problem - all the colours go 'crazy' and I cannot make stuff out on the screen.

% items - the percent of the total items hidden in the game that you have collected. the number is displayed at the closing credits when the game is beaten.
