i got half life and when i try to play it say som **** about my video card not supporting or something O_O :cry: :\ ;( :S

What kind of Video Mode are you using? Your video card must not support the engine you are currently using. You need to either use OpenGL or D3D, Software mode crashes the game. If your card doesn't support either one, you need a new card.
